Google says: There's no need to open another account or notify us when you place ad code on a new site. Once your account is approved, whenever you place your AdSense code on a new page, we'll automatically associate that new site with your account.

Just generate the AdSense code as you did for your original site, and add it to whichever page you'd like -- making sure, of course, that it complies with Google's program policies. You don't need Google's team to officially review your site beforehand, but please use your best judgment to make sure that your site content and ad implementation are compliant. Google regularly reviews sites displaying ads, and they'll let you know if they find any issues.

Note that if you're using the Authorized Sites feature, you'll need to add the new URL to your Allowed Sites list, or you won't receive any earnings for that URL.

Authorized Sites
In your case it seems that you have the authorized sites setting set to on.
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Visit the Home tab, then Account settings in the left hand panel.
3. In the "Access & authorization" section, next to "Sites authorized to show ads," click edit.
4. Check if the box marked Only allow certain sites to display ads for my account is selected (I guess it will be).
5. Enter the URL of the sites that you want to authorize (make sure all your sites having adsense are listed, both old and new), then click Save

If you don't want to go through this process everytime you want to add a new website then unselect the box marked Only allow certain sites to display ads for my account

Let me know if this solves the problem

Your other websites are they from blogger.com?

If yes this is what I did, I signed into google web tools It brought out all my former blog web URLS some that I have even long forgotten about.

Then in each blog, I went into earnings and selected do not show ads saved it and went back to web tools and deleted each URL.

But in your own case if you still want to add them to your authorize list, just look through there URLS and add them.

Hope this helps..let me know your outcome
