how to create a notepad

dear members of the forum,

                                      please how can i create a notepad or tell me where to read it from the masters in online business on how to create a note pad in which of the lessons because i went to lesson 1 the grassroot that says introduction to computer i still do not find it please esplain to me thank you.

Notepad is usually found on your computer but it depends on which operating system you are using. So what operating system are you using is it Windows XP or Windows 7 or any other one?

If what you mean by creating notepad is how to use notepad, then one or two answers above should have solve your problem, e.g. the reply by Aare Macfally with this link You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login. Just go to the link and read the discussion there carefully to see if it's what you want.

But if you mean something else, you certainly have to explain better.
