Congratulation to the Progressives

This opportunity is seized to congratulate all the progressives on the recorded success in just concluded Presidential election.

The victory for opposition party for the first time in the history of Nigeria is a victory for democracy and it shows that democracy has been firmly rooted in Nigeria.  Many lessons are learnt in this election and few of them are:

1.  We should be focus and be determined.  With determination and perseverance, our aim and objective  will be achieved sonner than later.  GMB attempted to be the civilian president of this country on three different occasions in the past but he failed.  He did not deter and now his time has come.

2.  Nigerian electorates have sent message to bourgeoisie that we will not be taken for a ride anymore.  We have told them that our voices will be heard.  We have told that incompetence will not be tolerated anymore.  We have told them that we have found our power.

3.  As GMB take over, we must make sure that our voices continue to be heard.  We must make sure that we tell him that we will not accept incompetence anymore.  Pressure must constantly be applied on the new government as we push them to take Nigeria to the next level.  Most importantly, we must pray.  With prayers, all things are possible.

4.  Finally, I can see a new dawn in Nigeria.
     I can see bright future.
     I can see a Nigeria that we can all be proud of.
     Today is only the beginning of good things to come.

Congratulations to all the progressive electorates, congratulations to the President elect - Sai Buhari, congratulations to the out-going President - Jonathan for his spirit of sportmanship, congratulations to Prof. Jega and the entire members of INEC and congratulations to all NIGERIANS.  Long live Nigeria.

@ Sister Lucy - It is a thing of joy that our miraculous God did everything for us miraculously and the result of the presidential election was announced without any violence.  There is now doubt that Almighty God is hearing our prayers like I advised you the other time not to relocate.  God who did that of presidential election will also take control of the governorship election coming up on Saturday 11th April, 2015.  Let us be more prayerful.

Oh, Lord Nicholas - You will definitely see the change very soon. 

There is no gainsaying to the fact that Jonathan/PDP is leaving behind a collapsed economy, dead infrastructure, insecurity and lose of hope to Nigeria.  With the support of everybody, the change you will see in the incoming government is that GMB will surely revive Nigeria, bring back the pride that makes Nigeria stand out.

Nigerian cannot have it worst.  At the moment, there is no electricity and there is even no petrol to run "I better my neighbour" generator for children to read at night.  A litre of petrol is being sold for N150 in my area.  With all these, you will agree that we must all definitely fight for a change from bad to good.

For me I don't want to conclude yet because I've experienced too much disappointment after having high hopes on past governments so for now I'm Just watching with bated breath; fingers crossed and hoping for the best.

For me I don't want to conclude yet because I've experienced too much disappointment after having high hopes on past governments so for now I'm Just watching with bated breath; fingers crossed and hoping for the best.

@ Boss Tony -  Not only you have experienced too much disappointments but all Nigerians.  However, we should not sit on the fence but try to join hands with the progressives to ensure that Nigeria is better for all and sundry.  We should not keep quiet but add our voices wherever we have the opportunty to advocate for good governance.  May God help Nigeria.
