Moses i think you have more than three ad units on a page thats why, try reducing it to two then check if it comes on, if it doesn't then, you have to check this questions:
If ads are not showing on your site after you've added the AdSense code, make sure that the ad code is correctly implemented in your site. You can do this by viewing the source of your site from a browser and double-checking that the ad code looks exactly like the code we provide you in your account, and includes every line of the ad code.

There are a few common reasons why ads may not display on your website after correctly adding the AdSense code to your webpages.
Is JavaScript disabled in your browser?

Do you have personal firewall software with an ad blocking feature or any other ad blocking software installed?

Have you previously applied for the AdSense program and your site was disapproved?

Has the ad code been placed on pages with potentially adult or mature content?

Has your site previously violated an AdSense policy?

Was your account found to pose a risk to advertisers or generate invalid clicks?

Do you have too many ad units on your site?

check all these questions am sure your problem should be solved afterwards

then as for your pin, i think the Boss will advice on that.
have a great day.

Hello Moses,

How long has it been since you requested for the PIN?

Google starts showing Public Service Ads if a PIN has not been entered after four months and after six months the ads stop showing entirely. This could also be another reason why your ads have stopped showing.

If this is the case then Not to worry, there is a remedy for this. You have the option to verify your adsense account using an Identity card instead of your PIN. You can try using your international passport or drivers license or even your work ID if you are a worker.

Kindly let us know if this solution helps.

I've requested for the PIN several times. The last request i sent was January this year. I have had ads displayed on my site for over a year. in fact i have earned some money already with adsense but the ads just disappeared  all of a sudden without warning.
However, i'll try the other option of identity card.
thanks a lot.

Yes try the identity card stuff because if you have not entered a PIN into your adsense account after six months the ads are stopped
