Please colleagues, I will appreciate a straight to the point answer to my question. I am trying to set up a free e-course for some clients that want to learn from me, I hope to make it in a form of email newsletter for 7days. Boss Tony and some others will understand what I mean here as same strategy was used on me before I got here. I will appreciate anyone with steps on how I can accomplish this and get my students engaged as quickly as possible. Regards

You need an auto responder. That's what you will use to collect the sign up emails of your clients and also use it to prepare and automatically send the emails. So just get an autoresponder. You will have to pay little for it, price varies. There are many of them available.

I can advice you to go for 'Aweber autoresponder' because people say it's good. So google it and go for it.

If you want a free one, go for listwire. It is completely free and easy to use and works very fine too. I've used this one. If you are new to how to use autoresponders then just google "how to use listwire" (for listwire) you'll see a lot of tutorials about it. get it from You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login and you will need to sign up before you can use it.

You know that in general you have full right over paid things than free things. Most free things attach their logo and might have limits. Though list wire is good . If you've learnt a little HTML you would be able to remove certain  things like the logo.  If what you are trying to do is a very standard thing then go  for a paid one like aweber

I hope this helps.

The advice I can give to you is to opt in into some of the newsletters of people you respect online. For example: if I am a fan of mike filsaime, I'll just go to google and input: mike filsaime newsletter or mike filsaime sign up here. opt into their list and model the way they market to you.

Any email that makes you tick, you can model by writing down their subject lines and model them.
Goodluck

Iykestar See this link for setting up Aweber: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

You can also search this forum for autoresponder and you will find some other useful threads because this toppic has been discussed in detail several times in the past.
