Uzoma,

Unfortunately, there's no direct answer to that question. For me, I prefer glo-ng because it has been the only consistent network I have been using since 2010. I have tried MTN, Starcomms, multi links, visafone and even airtel. Sometimes, they would run fast, but as soon as they have enough customers; it becomes a problem to continue fulfilling their promise.

Don't even try airtel with a 50 inches pole, they are the worst. Glo-ng or etisalat has been consistent for me. Another thing you should consider again is your location. If their connection is in order, then, nothing should interrupt your connection.

everything depend on one's environment. In my place airtel is the best. So i will advise you to study your environment well to know which network works best around your place.

@ Uzoma -  Your query has been answered by both Messrs. Priderock and Olajideadetutu.  All Internet Service Providers have different areas of excellent performance.  Only MTN and Glo perform excellently well in my area in Ibadan whereas   other networks  will perform brilliantly in other areas.
The performance also depends in the part of  Port Harcourt you are residing.  You should be specific so that any NG2G forum members living in that area will be able to advise you accordingly.

Best regards,

Aare MacFally

Hello friends,

One cannot really tell which one is fastest because the moment you are banking on one, the next moment it will buckle when you most need it. The thing is that it is a TECHNOLOGY GROWTH PROCESS THING in our country. I strongly believe that our country will get there some day. Lets keep faith.

Glory

Hello Uzoma,
I think everyone is correct here but personally, I use my phone to track network strength before doing any subscription. I browse with  my phones and compare the speed. The bottom line is browsing speed depends on the location, 3g/3.75/4g areas are usually faster than 2g. As for the Airtel BIS, it is still working perfectly and if for any reason it doesnt after subscription, just top it up with 10mb daily plan using  *141*11*1# and it will work
