There are several ways you can do this. Like myself, I can convert my microsoft to pdf straight. Some are like that.

If you do not have that, you can download from You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
But, it's heavy file.

You can also google "convert microsoft to pdf",you'll see a lot of options you can take. But, if you can lay your hands on openoffice; I doubt if you'll need any software ever again.

One of the easiest way to convert your word to click on save then under the 'Save as type' choose pdf. That's all.

To make it downloadeable, you need to upload it to a directories or to your hosting acct.. and then copy the link to wherever you want people to download it.
