Banana as Anti-Cancer

Full ripe banana with dark patches on yellow skin produces a substance called TNF (Tumor Necrosis Factor) which has the ability to combat abnormal cells.  The more darker patches it has the higher will be its immunity enhancement quality; hence, the riper the banana the better the anti-cancer quality.

Yellow skin banana with dark spots on it as shown in the attached photograph.

Please pass/share and stay healthy.

Best regards,

Aare MacFally

Banana has been found to be one of the most powerful immune booster, brain activator, according to the recent report posted by John Hopkins school of Public Health 2013, (more details are given on this, please google it). When tired take 2 sticks of banana to re-energise the brain cells (this is mostly recommended for those that study often). Banana is a great gift to mankind, I call it NATURE'S POWER!

@ Pauludom - You are down right.  The importance of banana to mankind cannot be overemphasised.
