Hmmmm... I think those guys in the Job niche should be able to give a specific answer to this. But I believe google is the best answer.

Hello yongba,

Always start a new topic for your question if its not related to the existing topic that you are posting on.

Sourcing for jobs is not difficult. Just monitor the top two or three job websites you can find and you can get jobs from them. But don't copy word for word, make sure that you modify it to an extent before posting on your website.

Some places you can regularly find jobs are jobgurus.com.ng  , hotnigerianjobs.com , joblistnigeria.com  and so on. In fact just go to Google and search for jobs in Nigeria, you will see lots of sites where you can get jobs from.
Leave it for God, don't worry yourself. Leave it for God, don't cry no more.

In addition to what has been said, you'll need to open a gmail account for the website you wish to use. After that, I want you to visit google.com/alert.

You'll see where you can input a keyword, and your own keyword in this case is "jobs in Nigeria". Make sure you include the quotes. And change the alert status that Google should email you daily and as it happens.

Just play around with the features and different keywords e.g.Nigeria jobs, health jobs in Nigeria, banking jobs in Nigeria, and on and on. You have sent Google on errand, they'll start doing the job for you inthe form of an alert.

Your job is to open your email, read through and rephrase in your own words on your website. And yada! Traffic start gushing. Promote on facebook, twitter, nairaland, ogbonge blog e.t.c

This strategy can be used, if you run a NEWS site too. As well as any affiliate product you so want to promote.

All the best.

Please i will appreciate to get response about this job thing.

i realized that some of the jobs posted online to the said website (eg  jobgurus.com.ng  , hotnigerianjobs.com , joblistnigeria.com) are from job agent,

if i then take the post and place it on my site, people who sees it from my website thinks it from me so they began to call wanting to know more about the job before they set for the venue. so as not to waste resources.

So what should i do when people call to find out about the job before they set for the job venue or interview and sort

The jobs you should post are the ones that have the direct contact or link to the recruiting company.

Do you have a sample of one of the jobs that are from job agents?
